In order to this, we welcome your feedback and for you to let us know where improvements can be made. Please contact us, we will listen and where necessary investigate further to put things right.

Email us at admin@staging-chas-co-uk.stackstaging.com or call our helpline on 0345 521 9111 and please give us as much detail as possible. We may be able to resolve this straight away for you, if not we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.

WE WILL INVESTIGATE

We will check we have all the information we need and may ask you for further clarity. We will consult our records, the people involved and make a fair and impartial decision.

WE WILL RESPOND TO YOU

We will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 10 working days and will provide you with information about what has been done. If we decide CHAS improvements can be made, we will take action to resolve this.
